Day 1: Arrival in Casablanca

Your journey begins in Casablanca, the bustling economic hub of Morocco. Day 2: Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen

Afterward, continue your journey to the charming blue-washed town of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Day 3: Chefchaouen – Fes

Day 4: Fes – Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga desert

After bidding farewell to Fes, our journey leads us towards the majestic Atlas Mountains. Whose towering peaks beckon with promises of adventure and natural beauty. As we traverse through the winding roads, we’re treated to breathtaking vistas of rugged terrain, verdant valleys, and snow-capped peaks that seem to touch the sky.

Our next destination is the charming town of Midelt. Nestled amidst the Atlas Mountains and known for its serene beauty and refreshing climate. Here, we take a moment to pause and soak in the tranquil ambiance. Surrounded by pristine landscapes that inspire a sense of awe and wonder.

Continuing our desert-bound adventure, we venture through the awe-inspiring Ziz Valley. Where the lush greenery of palm groves contrasts starkly with the arid desert landscape. Along the way, we pass by traditional Berber villages, their terraced fields a testament to the resilience of the people who call this rugged terrain home.

As we approach the oasis town of Erfoud, we feel the anticipation building. Knowing that we’re nearing the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Here, amidst the golden sands and swaying palm trees, we prepare for the highlight of our journey – a camel ride into the heart of the desert.

Mounting our trusty camels, we take a mesmerizing trek across the rolling dunes of Erg Chebbi. The shifting sands beneath us whispering tales of ancient civilizations and timeless beauty. As the sun begins to dip below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the desert landscape, we arrive at our desert camp, a haven of tranquility amidst the vast expanse of sand.

Under a canopy of stars, we gather around the flickering flames of a campfire, sharing stories and laughter as we indulge in a delicious Moroccan feast. As the night falls and the desert comes alive with the sounds of the night, we drift off to sleep beneath a blanket of stars, our hearts full and spirits soaring, knowing that we’ve experienced the true magic of the Sahara Desert.

Day 5: Merzouga

In Merzouga, we will have the exceptional opportunity to discover nomadic life by visiting a family in their traditional tent. Warmly welcomed, we will have an authentic insight into their way of life, their customs and their deep relationship with the desert that surrounds them. It is an enriching experience that will allow us to better understand the nomadic culture and traditions of the region.

After this immersion in nomadic life, we will continue our exploration with a Berber lunch in Khamlia, a neighboring village. We will have the opportunity to taste delicious local cuisine, rich in flavors and spices, while being enchanted by a Gnaoua music show. This form of traditional music, mixing African, Berber and Arab influences, will transport us into a captivating and vibrant universe.

Then we will ride a camel back to our desert camp. This camel ride through the golden sand dunes offers an unforgettable experience, allowing us to fully absorb the beauty and serenity of the desert.

Returning to camp, we will be greeted by the crackling of the campfire and the mouth-watering aroma of a carefully prepared dinner. Under the starry desert sky, we will share a friendly and tasty meal, exchanging stories and laughter with our travel companions, before retiring to our tents for a peaceful night in the heart of the Sahara.

Day 6: Merzouga – Tinghir – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

As the sun rises over the desert, bid farewell to Merzouga and journey towards Tinghir, a picturesque town known for its lush oasis and towering Todra Gorges. Marvel at the sheer cliffs that rise hundreds of meters above, carved by the Todra River over millennia. Continue your journey through the Dades Valley, where you’ll encounter stunning landscapes dotted with kasbahs and traditional Berber villages.

Day 7: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

Leaving the Dades Valley behind, make your way towards Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco” for its numerous film studios and iconic kasbahs. Explore the fortified city of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and backdrop for many famous movies and TV shows. Finally, journey through the majestic High Atlas Mountains until you reach the vibrant city of Marrakech, where you’ll spend the night.

Day 8: Departure from Marrakech
